Committed to reducing our impact!

PDFPrintE-mail

We've just released our first environmental policy to support our organisation as we work to reduce our impact on the planet.  If you want to have a look, or even use it as a guide to writing your own policy for your small business, please feel free!  The more we work together, the more we help to reduce our waste, energy and water consumption.  And mother earth and future generations will be the beneficiaries of the commitments we make today.

Download our policy.

If you have any comments or suggestions, we'd be glad to hear them.  Get in touch with us via our 'Contact Us' page.

The Fuss about Facebook Bans

PDFPrintE-mail

It was bound to happen.  Companies, government agencies and even parents are saying no more to Facebook on their watch - 'Facebook banned for Council Staff'.  What's the deal?  Supposedly its because of lost productivity.  And how do companies know this?  They employ someone to run the figures on how many hours people waste on Facebook.  They then also spend tens of thousands of dollars on intranets which are usually under-performing and don't encourage interaction or discussion.

Collaboration to build new ideas

PDFPrintE-mail

Times are changing and we need to find new ways to develop ideas for the good of future generations.  As Australians, I don't believe we are used to the idea that sometimes you just need to spend money in order to keep the precious things in life alive.

We need to take a leaf outof the European's book - they are used to preserving their historic buildings, art and cultures despite an often hefty price tag.  But investment shouldn't be a dirty word.
